Any Cancellation’s must be made 48 hours before the appointment date (deposit will be transferred)

Cancellation made within 24 hours notice without a good reason will result in your deposit being lost.

If any appointments are cancelled at short notice more then twice, Taylor’s mobile valeting & detailing reserves the right to refuse rebooking of that vehicle


The vehicle that the appointment is made for must not be used for 30 minutes before the appointment. This is due to the vehicle needing to be cool in order to clean and detail properly.

Excessive Interior soiling

If the interior of the vehicle including the boot are excessively dirty. e.g mud ,dog hair, food, excessive stains etc this will incur an additional charge of £30 due to the extra time and products needed.

Mini valet £35

Full valet £60

Machine polishing & ceramic coating is 50% deposit

All deposit are required at the point of the booking. This is to allow purchase of products needed and to secure your booking. Bookings are non refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment.

Existing damage

All existing damage MUST BE brought to our attention prior to the start of the valet. Before we start any washes we will scan the vehicle for any damage that is visible and this will be reported to the owner.

Customer timekeeping

If the customer arrives at the appointment address more the 30 minutes late then the appointment will need to be rescheduled as it will make us late for other appointments. Deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required.

Customer property

All property and belongings need to be removed prior to the start of the appointment. Any items left in the vehicle will not be the responsibility of Taylor’s mobile valeting & detailing.


Any defects not caused by Taylor’s mobile valeting & detailing after the initial appointment i.e other valeter or carwash Taylor’s mobile valeting & detailing will not be held liable for this.


Customers are kindly asked to check the vehicle on completion for any issues that can be rectified before leaving.


We work in all weathers (except severe ice conditions) so if you cancel at the last minute then you will lose your deposit. We do allow you to downgrade your appointment to outside only during severe weather conditions and If we have to cancel your deposit will be transferred.
